I stayed 110 nights.. fantastic location...comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Excellent value for your travel dollar. The entire staff..Tan.. Keaw..Nice and Nut were so helpful. The rooms are perfect and priced well in the market..

I stayed in Golden ville for my first time , last January I slept for 3 nights, the room was comfortable clean and small, hotel rooms have also with balcony. Over all hotel location about 900 meters from walking street, not far from second road, easy access to the beach and Royal plaza garden mall The hotel reception staff very nice and friendly The hotel not have breakfast service and no swimming pool or gym Beside the hotel there is laundry shop a Golden finger massage who provides massages and nails treatments

This property was extended about eight or so years ago, when the downstairs massage business was remodelled and additional rooms were added on each of the floors from the second floor up. It was rather frightening then to see that there remains no second Fire Escape? How this property retains/gets a fire safety certificate is unclear but there is only one exit, a very narrow stair well where at one point the maximum headroom is barely 1.60m. Added to this on the occasion of our visit was a rollaway bed parked at one level on the escape stairs! Very dangerous property with seemingly no regard for customer safety.

I still staying in this hotel. It’s a little bit not expensive also it’s clean and tidy. However it needs some review in terms of ventilation. The bathroom has no ventilation system and the is no view at all. In general, I recommend this hotel for small budget people who are looking of inexpensive accommodation.

Hotel is located on 2nd road. Walking and Central Festival are available by feet. My room was enough big and quiet. Room was equipped with all necessaries and more. Only showerroom is little bit small and shower is almost behind basin.
